Naomi teaches an inspired Vinyasa flow class designed to take you out of your mind and into your body. This class has strong focus on the breath, correct alignment and building strength and flexibility.
Vinyasa flow Yoga is a creative style of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. The first part of the class involves sequences that build internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs the second half of the class is designed to neutrilize and rebalance the body. The overall affect, with regular practice is a light, strong body, and a calm mind.
